ABOUT
Kate Conklin has been a practicing outpatient physical therapist since 2011, including stints at PT of NC in Durham and 8 years at Sports and More Physical Therapy in Raleigh. After the birth of her second son and a pandemic, along with the encouragement of many satisfied patients, she decided to start her own practice in 2021.
INSURANCE
I do not accept insurance
I love working with individuals who have multiple goals for different parts of the body, and most insurance companies prefer to focus on one impairment at a time. At this time, I do not accept any forms of insurance. You are welcome to submit your invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement.
